The Team You’ll Join
You will join Envestnet's Revenue Operations team, a group focused on enabling smarter, data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, Relationship Management, and other go-to-market functions. The team plays a critical role in ensuring business leaders have access to accurate reporting, trusted data, and actionable insights that drive growth and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Reporting Execution
- Own the production and delivery of recurring reports (board, leadership, pipeline, performance), ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, and on time with clear alignment to defined metrics and sources.
- Dashboard design & build: Create and maintain dashboards to support all go-to-market teams.
- Recurring report management & governance: Own the library of standard reports, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Retire outdated views, and enforce consistent metric definitions.
- Stakeholder delivery: Distribute reports on defined cadences in the right format for each stakeholder.
Data Validation & Integrity
- Validate and reconcile data across sources, identify and resolve discrepancies, enforce data consistency, and ensure downstream reporting and campaign lists are built on trusted data.
- Data reconciliation: Reconcile advisor, account, and activity data between Salesforce and external datasets.
- Data inspection: Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or gaps.
- Data stewardship: Apply standardized rules for data cleanliness, deduplication, and field integrity.
- Data governance: Escalate systemic data issues and track recurring patterns that impact reporting quality.
Data Preparation & List Generation
- Transform raw data into usable, structured outputs including campaign lists, segmentation files, and clean datasets focused on making data actionable for execution.
- Campaign support: Build campaign-ready lists based on defined segmentation and targeting criteria.
- Data transformation: Transform raw datasets into structured, usable formats for sales and marketing teams.
- Targeted lists: Apply filters, logic, and enrichment rules to ensure lists are accurate and actionable.
- List validation: Validate outputs against business requirements before distribution (counts, coverage, exclusions).
Adhoc Reporting & Analysis
- Provide fast-turn support for one-off requests, delivering targeted analysis, data pulls, and custom reporting to answer specific business questions.
- Adhoc reports: Fulfill one-off data requests and custom reporting needs from sales and leadership.
- Adhoc analysis: Conduct targeted analysis to answer specific business questions (performance, pipeline, flows).
- Synthesize sources: Pull, combine, and structure data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
- Analysis delivery: Deliver outputs quickly with clear framing, ensuring accuracy without over-engineering.
Requirements
- 2 to 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a comparable analytical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data structure).
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup, structured outputs).
- Demonstrated ability to reconcile and validate data across multiple sources.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering accurate work on tight timelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to frame analysis for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- SQL proficiency for querying and combining data across systems.
- Familiarity with the financial services / wealth management / advisor ecosystem.
- Experience building segmentation and campaign lists for sales or marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field [or equivalent experience].

Pay
This role offers a base salary range of $71,000 to $88,800. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
