About the role
Build meaningful analytics by developing dashboards, reports, and automated data solutions that help leaders make informed decisions.
Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing clinical and operational data, uncovering trends, and supporting quality initiatives, including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other key performance measures.
Collaborate across departments to improve reporting processes, validate data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that enhance patient care and organizational performance.
Promote data integrity by maintaining reliable datasets, troubleshooting reporting issues, documenting methodologies, and supporting regulatory compliance and data governance.
Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful analytics through dashboards, reports, and automated data solutions.
- Uncover trends and support quality initiatives using clinical and operational data.
- Collaborate across departments to improve reporting processes and validate data accuracy.
- Maintain reliable datasets, troubleshoot reporting issues, document methodologies, and ensure regulatory compliance and data governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop reports, dashboards, and data analyses that support business and operational decision-making.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL, including writing joins, aggregations, and performing data validation.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and at least one data visualization or reporting tool, such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or a similar platform.
- Working knowledge of healthcare quality measures, including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other healthcare performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Computer Science).
- Three (3) years of related experience in healthcare analytics or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a data visualization or reporting tool.
- Experience with healthcare quality measures, including HEDIS, GPRA, UDS, and other healthcare performance metrics.
