Responsibilities
- Work closely with recruiting and business partners to identify reporting needs and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions
- Write and optimize SQL queries to transform and prepare data for reporting and analysis
- Create interactive Power BI reports that track recruiting effectiveness, pipeline health, and hiring trends
- Deliver clear, executive-ready insights through dashboards, presentations, and data storytelling tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Communicate complex findings in a concise and compelling way for senior leaders and business stakeholders
- Possess strong communication, soft skills, and professionalism with stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition analytics or recruiting operations, with knowledge of hiring processes, workflows, and recruiting KPIs
- Strong SQL skills with experience working across large datasets
- Deep expertise in developing Power BI visualizations and dashboards
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, engaging narratives for audiences without technical backgrounds
- Experience developing executive communications, presentations, or reporting materials that influence business decisions
- Experience working with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems and reporting functionality

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60 to $63.65 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
