Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data in accordance with applicable privacy laws such as FERPA/HIPAA.
- Communicate findings compellingly and visually through dashboards, reports, briefing decks, stories, scorecards, executive briefings, etc. for different audiences using solutions like Power BI and Tableau.
- Proofread and edit reports and other products to attain consistency of format.
- Regular outreach to offices to learn about upcoming surveys scheduled; maintain up to date documentation.
- Assist with the development of a detailed communication strategy and plan for the office/assigned area.
- Maintain office website and produce materials in coordination with the divisional communications team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree. Three years of related experience. Additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma/graduation equivalent, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Technical Qualifications & Specialized Certifications
Experience using software for data analysis (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

Pay & Schedule
- Starting Salary Range: Min $46,200 - Max $80,800
- Employee group: Full Time
