About the role

The Analytics organization at Acrisure is responsible for advancing data-driven decision-making across the company. As a member of the team, you will lead the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities for Customer Success and Digital Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a data-as-a-product and customer-first mindset.
• Advance the transition of users from legacy means of accessing information to future state strategies of data enablement and self-service with applied analytics.
• Design and maintain internal SDKs, dashboards, and reusable data libraries that enable stakeholders, analysts, and engineers to access curated datasets with consistency and confidence.
• Champion a developer-experience mindset by gathering feedback from SDK consumers, iterating on interfaces, and providing documentation and onboarding resources that scale knowledge across the team.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate SDK, dashboards, and analytics via Palantir.
• Create presentations/visualizations of data to see beyond the numbers while transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify, adopt, and evangelize data analysis best practices and technical standards.
• Advocate for and identify creative implementations to optimize business impact.
• Empower others to grow understanding of the complexity of data by creatively scaling how teams' knowledge is shared and applied.
• Help identify better practices, tools, and relevant trends that can improve data quality across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Professional serving the finance and accounting business functions.
• A passion for building remarkable things with data.
• Demonstrated ability to be a data storyteller and can go deep in building data visualizations and reporting using third-party tools (Tableau and PowerBI).
• Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Proficiency working with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes, and translate them to data and create/evaluate associated KPIs.
• Experience with AI, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, dbt, BigQuery, Git, Palantir, and data modeling.
• Experience with agile project execution and business tools such as Jira & ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills and can unpack complex problems to find solutions.
• Ability to understand the business purpose or problem behind a request.
• Positive & creative problem-solving in the face of data challenges.
• Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork, solution-centric, and customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
