Data Analyst (Business)
Location: Houston, Texas 77002. This is a 1-year W-2 contract assignment with no direct reports, reporting to the onsite Manager.
About the role
We are seeking a Business Analyst-Level 3 who will lead customer-experience, process, and technology-improvement initiatives. You will facilitate discovery sessions, document current- and future-state processes, workflows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios. The role involves coordinating Salesforce enhancements and supporting other technology platforms, requiring technical skills to evaluate and implement new systems. Familiarity with artificial intelligence and automation is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and partners to deliver system enhancements.
- Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution, training, and change-management activities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
- Act as project lead for customer-experience, process, and technology-improvement projects, working with partners to define requirements and manage projects through implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process optimization and data governance.
- Experience with Salesforce enhancements and coordination with technical teams.
- Technical skills to evaluate and support new technology platforms.

Pay
Base salary range: $40.00/hr. to $45.00/hr., dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
