About the role

As a member of our Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of creative solutions and analytic insights for a variety of stakeholders. While in this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from others within the Data Intelligence organization, help others on their analytical journey, expand your technical skillset, and will be a key resource creating innovative solutions needed for end users throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Experienced analytics resource providing support and direction to others on the analytics team on varying tasks and projects
• Data acquisition & cleansing
• Conducting thorough analysis, exploring nuances, and considering inputs and outputs from various perspectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements, identify key metrics, and develop analytical solutions to address business challenges
• Ticket management & completion
• Understanding of business processes, data structures, and how to leverage these things to create meaningful data-driven insights
