About the Role

This Data Analyst role operates within an international education and study/work-abroad platform that connects students with institutions and advises on program selection and enrollment. The position focuses on data and reporting reliability, ensuring that confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions are visibly separated in a data-driven, analysis-led workflow.

Responsibilities

• Review data-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of the international education platform.
• Document work and study travel job roles with status tracking, maintaining traceability of data-focused analysis.
• Maintain data validation and deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
• Reconcile documentation with reporting to ensure consistency and reliability of data.
• Coordinate quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.

Decision-Making Standards

Data and reporting reliability must remain usable under the specific demands of the international education and study/work-abroad platform. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and errors must be addressed proactively to prevent rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States. Remote work is considered complete only when data accuracy and reporting are secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
