Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Data Collection, Management, and Quality
  • Collects, validates, analyzes, and reports data across programs, membership, grants, finance, and operations.
  • Develops recurring reports and dashboards.
  • Identifies trends and opportunities.
  • Improves data quality.
  • Helps translate data into meaningful insights for staff, leadership, the Board of Directors, funders, and other stakeholders.
• Reporting and Visualization
  • Supports grant and program reporting.
  • Performs performance measurement.
  • Engages in continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, public health, data science).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in data analysis, research, or similar field.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and operations.
