Responsibilities
- Data Collection, Management, and Quality
- Collects, validates, analyzes, and reports data across programs, membership, grants, finance, and operations.
- Develops recurring reports and dashboards.
- Identifies trends and opportunities.
- Improves data quality.
- Helps translate data into meaningful insights for staff, leadership, the Board of Directors, funders, and other stakeholders.
- Reporting and Visualization
- Supports grant and program reporting.
- Performs performance measurement.
- Engages in continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, public health, data science).
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in data analysis, research, or similar field.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and operations.
