Data Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our analytics team and support data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, SQL, Excel, and data visualization, along with a curiosity to identify trends and insights from complex datasets. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with 0 3 year of experience who want to build a career in data analytics and business intelligence. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.Perform data validation and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for business and management teams.Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).Work with different teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.Perform exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities and potential issues.Support data-driven decision-making through meaningful analysis and reporting.Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks where possible.Document data sources, processes, calculations, and analytical methodologies.Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.Strong knowledge of SQL.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic data analysis.Basic understanding of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and exploratory data analysis.Basic knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to work with large datasets and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience involving data analysis.Knowledge of Python, Pandas, NumPy, or Matplotlib.Experience creating Power BI or Tableau dashboards.Understanding of basic statistics and data modeling.Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.Knowledge of ETL concepts and data pipelines is a plus.Relevant certifications in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or Data Analytics will be an advantage.
