Data Analyst

This role operates within a Philippine-based travel agency and tour operator specializing in domestic and international packages, groups, corporate/incentive travel, ticketing, hotels, transfers, and visa assistance. The Data Analyst’s distinct contribution is ensuring data and reporting reliability in this fast-paced environment.

About the role

The Data Analyst maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing data-focused analysis. Every checkpoint must document a visible source, owner, status, and next action to ensure traceability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Document data analysis with dashboard reporting, leaving a clear audit trail of source, owner, status, and next steps.
• Maintain role-specific documentation with status tracking to ensure visibility of progress and issues.
• Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy without missing critical timelines.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain consistency and clarity across workflows.
• Review quality control with workflow management to surface repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
• Apply data accuracy while preserving evidence and meeting deadlines in a high-volume operational context.
• Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains transparent.
• Use judgment in follow-ups, especially when analysis depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure remote completion of work only when record management, data analysis, and process compliance are secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using Travbest Workflow Context and Data Analysis tools in a travel agency environment.
• Ability to apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
• Experience documenting process compliance and escalating issues with clear reasoning.
• Strong judgment in follow-ups, particularly when analysis depends on external confirmations.

Pay

Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
