Data Analyst

About the Role

Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring a Data Analyst to work across recruiting, people operations, customer support, and business operations for a travel distribution and ecommerce organization. This full-time, 100% remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States. The role involves analyzing business data to create accurate reports, identify trends, and provide practical insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data related to recruiting, people operations, customer support, and business operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies, documenting resolutions.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes to ensure reporting reproducibility.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while safeguarding confidential business and customer information.

Qualifications

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI tools, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and verifying calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.

Pay

Base salary: $90,000 - $99,000 per year

Full Time, 100% Remote — United States
