About the role
As a Data Analyst II, you will contribute to data analysis across the full analytical lifecycle, from exploratory data analysis and shaping data releases to delivering business insights through Power BI dashboards. You will help deliver reliable, high-quality data products that support informed decision-making across the organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners—including Senior Data Analysts, BI Analysts, Data Engineers, Data QA Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers—you will collect, structure, and analyze data sources and datamarts. Your work will generate product and business insights, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen data quality as we scale as a data-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and curate existing data sources to help Product and Business stakeholders make informed decisions
- Own defined components of the analytical lifecycle, from data exploration through insight delivery, with guidance from senior analysts on more complex initiatives
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain clear technical definitions and documentation to support the accurate interpretation and use of datasets
- Design, build, and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Perform data wrangling and transformations using SQL within analytical databases
- Partner with data teams to support data management and governance efforts, including developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for data ingestion and datamart creation
- Analyze user engagement and product data to identify opportunities to optimize operations and improve business outcomes
- Apply and share best practices in data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, including experience contributing to end-to-end analytical projects
- Experience working with OLAP databases such as Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
- Exposure to Python 3.5 or later; experience with geospatial querying is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Skills
- Strong hands-on SQL skills
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Ability to translate non-technical stakeholder needs into clear, user-focused analyses and reports
- Working knowledge of data ETL and processing techniques
- Ability to leverage AI tools to support technical documentation, reporting, and testing
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges, and acknowledge growth opportunities
- Demonstrated patience when learning new processes
