About the role
This Data Analyst role operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. The position focuses on data and reporting reliability, ensuring decisions reflect the unique demands of this environment. The analyst must maintain clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing data-focused analysis.
Responsibilities
- Document data-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the context of event management and marketing.
- Maintain global events role documentation with status tracking, leaving a clear audit trail of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile data validation with deadline management, ensuring accuracy while meeting time-sensitive requirements.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain traceability and clarity in data-focused workflows.
- Review quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a fast-paced event environment.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains clear and actionable.
- Use judgment in follow-up actions, especially when analysis depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of data-focused tasks only when record management, data analysis, and process compliance meet security and traceability standards for the next authorized teammate.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Data Analysis tools within the event management and marketing space.
- Ability to apply data accuracy while managing deadlines and maintaining evidence of decisions.
- Experience documenting process compliance and escalating issues with clear reasoning.
- Strong judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when relying on external confirmations.
- Ability to combine workflow management, data validation, and deadline management to ensure work is complete and traceable.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
