Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is hiring a Data Analyst to collect, organize, validate, analyze, and communicate business or research information. The position supports travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data, requirements, or research information connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support.
• Clean, validate, or review records for missing information, inconsistencies, and unusual values.
• Build or maintain reports, trackers, summaries, process maps, or analysis files appropriate to the role.
• Investigate trends, exceptions, workflow gaps, or research findings and document conclusions clearly.
• Explain findings or requirements in concise updates for managers, clients, or project stakeholders.
• Maintain clear source notes, definitions, and analytical documentation so recurring work stays consistent.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, research, or business-analysis skills appropriate to the role.
• Careful attention to source quality, calculations, definitions, and documentation.
• Ability to explain findings or requirements clearly to different stakeholders.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• For junior roles, relevant coursework, projects, internships, or transferable analytical experience can qualify.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 per year
