Data Analyst

About the role

Shroff Travel is recruiting a Data Analyst to work across air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations. In this position, you will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to air tickets, tours, travel products, reservations, customer service, sales support, and travel operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across ticketing, tours, and travel sales.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Shroff Travel team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting ticketing, tours, and travel sales.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$92,000 - $100,000 per year
