Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for manufacturing and metrology data
- Ingest and integrate manufacturing data into internal systems such as MES platforms
- Perform statistical analysis to identify relationships between process variables and product geometry or performance
- Apply machine learning and AI techniques to support predictive modeling and process optimization
- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to translate technical questions into analytical solutions
- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document data workflows, models, and analytical findings
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary data and research
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required
- 1–3 years relevant working experience in data analysis in a manufacturing or technical environment required or equivalent experience
- Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools
- Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred
