Data Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in all or some of the following areas: claims, client data, policy data, and external reporting.
- Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources.
- Review data to determine operational impacts and needed actions; elevate issues, trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to management.
- Develop reports and deliverables for management.
- Model data using MS Excel, Power BI, and/or other data warehouse analytical tools.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis.
- Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts.
- Supports Data systems as functional administrator evaluating new release functionality to include testing and implementation of new functionality.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation
- Experience in Data Visualization and building dashboards
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Coding language in Python
- Experience in underwriting analysis
- Statistical analysis
- Data warehouse
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with strong technical skills
- Strong academic background in Excel and Power BI

The target salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $62,000.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
