It addresses the challenge of discovery and engagement in the design market by facilitating direct interaction between buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process, spanning inquiries, price negotiations, and customization.
About the Opportunity
The Data Analyst role is central to shaping the organization's data-driven strategy. This position focuses on uncovering insights behind buyer and seller behaviors to inform strategic decisions. The role contributes by developing analytical tools, partnering across teams to identify trends, and supporting experimentation efforts that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and trends to support global business strategy.
- Develop scalable, self-serve dashboards using tools like Looker and Tableau.
- Streamline data collection processes and translate business needs into data products.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design and evaluate A/B tests.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data or product analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Able to understand detailed data and broader marketplace dynamics.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Tri-State pay range: $92,000—$115,000 USD.
Compensation includes base salary, equity, benefits, and incentives considered based on location, experience, and job-related factors.
