Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst in Austin, TX(Hybrid). Responsibilities include developing dashboards and supporting compliance initiatives through data analysis and reporting. Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to visualize key metrics and trends. Analyze data using SQL and other analytics tools to identify patterns, support decision-making, and ensure data integrity. Prepare communication materials and progress reports tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Legal and Finance teams. Support compliance initiatives by providing accurate data insights and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment. Assist with ETL processes and API integrations to ensure smooth data flow and system connectivity. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics and dashboard development. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into insights for non-technical stakeholders, particularly in Legal and Finance.
