The Data Analyst maintains clear separation between confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions while executing data-focused analysis. Every checkpoint must document source, owner, status, and next action, following a data-focused, analysis-led work profile evaluated within the context of marketing strategy, campaigns, brand identity, lead generation, email/direct marketing, content, events, market research, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Document data-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain role documentation with status tracking for data-focused analysis.
- Reconcile data validation with deadline management.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to ensure traceability.
- Review quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.

- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment around follow-up, especially when analysis depends on outside confirmation rather than assumption.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs combine cross-functional coordination, data-focused analysis, and data accuracy; work remains open if signals are not current.
Pay
Base salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
