Data Analyst
About the role
Located in Jersey City, NJ (hybrid) for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey (PANYNJ), the Professional Services Unit of the Engineering Operations Division is seeking a Data Analyst to support data management, reporting, and performance tracking for professional services programs. The Data Analyst will examine, clean, organize, and analyze data to measure operational, procurement, and project performance; identify trends and issues; and develop reports and tools that support informed decision‑making. The position will assist with the design, development, and maintenance of tracking systems, dashboards, reports, and other data tools using applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related database/reporting platforms. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving data integrity issues, transforming large datasets into clear insights, preparing technical and training documentation, and developing presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
