Data Analyst

One New Creation is adding a Data Analyst to support residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations. This full-time, 100% remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to residential and commercial moving, call-center support, customer scheduling, logistics, sales support, and operations from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across moving, call-center, and logistics operations.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting operations.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$90,000 - $99,000 per year
