Data Analyst

About the role

Lorygen Group is adding a Data Analyst to work across digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery. The Data Analyst will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to digital presence, accessibility-focused services, customer support, marketing, content, project coordination, and technology-enabled delivery from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across digital services and customer delivery.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Lorygen Group team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting digital services and customer delivery.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$90,000 - $99,000 per year
