This is an exciting opportunity to gain more exposure in a growing practice, while leading complex client engagements. Roles Available Across the United States for the following positions: ConsultantManager *This position does not currently provide visa sponsorship* Key ResponsibilitiesLead data analytics, automation, and business transformation engagements across diverse industries.Lead the transformation and analysis of financial, operational, and transactional data to generate actionable insights and enhance business performance and decision-making.Work with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, executives, and technology stakeholders to develop scalable data, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.Oversee the design, development, and implementation of dashboards, reporting solutions, analytics tools, and workflow automation.Support proposal development, client relationship management, and business development initiatives.Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning finance, accounting, FP&A, operational reporting, technology implementation, and business transformation.Develop and review executive-level dashboards, analyses, presentations, and reporting packages to support strategic and operational decision-making. About You2-8 years of experience in data analytics, business transformation, finance transformation, data engineering, analytics consulting, and/or audit analytics.Experience supporting finance and accounting data analytics, automation, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives to support financial performance, controllership, operational finance, business performance management, or executive decision-making.Experience in cross-functional project management and delivering of data-driven business solutions for internal or external stakeholders.Current or previous experience at Big Four ConsultancyExcellent process automation experience using Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar technologies.Experience programming with SQL, Python, R, or other analytics-focused programming tools for scalable business solutions.
