Key Responsibilities
- Lead data analytics, automation, and business transformation engagements across diverse industries.
- Led the transformation and analysis of financial, operational, and transactional data to generate actionable insights and enhance business performance and decision-making.
- Work with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, executives, and technology stakeholders to develop scalable data, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of dashboards, reporting solutions, analytics tools, and workflow automation.
- Support proposal development, client relationship management, and business development initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives spanning finance, accounting, FP&A, operational reporting, technology implementation, and business transformation.
- Develop and review executive-level dashboards, analyses, presentations, and reporting packages to support strategic and operational decision-making.
About You
- 2-8 years of experience in data analytics, business transformation, finance transformation, data engineering, analytics consulting, and/or audit analytics.
- Experience supporting finance and accounting data analytics, automation, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives to support financial performance, controllership, operational finance, business performance management, or executive decision-making.
- Experience in cross-functional project management and delivering of data-driven business solutions for internal or external stakeholders.
- Current or previous experience at Big Four Consultancy.
- Excellent process automation experience using Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
- Experience programming with SQL, Python, R, or other analytics-focused programming tools for scalable business solutions.
