Responsibilities
- Uncover valuable insights and transform raw data into rigorous visualizations and compelling stories.
- Work closely with customers to analyze vast IT datasets, identifying trends and patterns that revolutionize their understanding of their landscapes.
- Draw compelling conclusions and develop data-driven insights to impact decision-making processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor, utilizing domain expertise, critical thinking, and consulting skills to solve complex business problems.
- Gather, explore, and prepare data for analysis, business intelligence, and insightful visualizations using cutting-edge tools.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of data analysis experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as industrial engineering, finance, or economics (preferred).
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Looker, Power BI, QuickSight, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Python, R, or SQL) (preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., ASQ Six Sigma) (preferred).
- Cloud platform certification (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Google Cloud Looker Business Analyst, or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) (preferred).

Pay
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $77,040 to $146,640 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
Different compensation ranges apply for specific locations:
- California (San Francisco Bay Area): $92,520 to $175,800
- California (All Other): $84,840 to $161,160
- Colorado: $77,040 to $146,640
- Massachusetts: $77,040 to $161,160
- New York City: $92,520 to $175,800
- Washington: $84,840 to $161,160
- Washington DC: $84,840 to $161,160
