Data Analyst

K&A Power Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Westwood, Massachusetts. Role Expectations

• Support data analytics, reporting automation, and performance monitoring initiatives to enhance project execution, supplier performance, process automation, financial transparencies
• Design and deploy Power BI dashboards and executive scorecards
• Developing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Performing data extraction, transformation, and analysis from systems such as Maximo, Oracle Primavera, Workday, and Fieldglass
• Creating and maintaining KPI reports for Engineering and Supplier performance
• Supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, and other operational areas, including close collaboration with other corporate functions such as IT, finance, etc.

Deliverables

• Fully functional and interactive Power BI dashboards
• Automated reporting workflows
• Data Integration and process improvement
• Documentation of data models, transformation logic, and process flows
• Monthly performance reports and KPI summaries

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business related fields
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL
• Familiarity with DAX, SSRS, SSIS, and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio
• 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skills
• Demonstrate a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with stakeholders positively and collaboratively
• Hybrid Schedule - local applicants

Pay

$80,000—$92,000/year
