Role Expectations Support data analytics, reporting automation, and performance monitoring initiatives to enhance project execution, supplier performance, process automation, financial transparenciesDesign and deploy Power BI dashboards and executive scorecardsDeveloping automated workflows using Microsoft Power AutomatePerforming data extraction, transformation, and analysis from systems such as Maximo, Oracle Primavera, Workday, and FieldglassCreating and maintaining KPI reports for Engineering and Supplier performance.Supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement, and other operational areas, including close collaboration with other corporate functions such as IT, finance, etc.Provide following deliverablesFully functional and interactive Power BI dashboards.Automated reporting workflows.Data Integration and process improvementDocumentation of data models, transformation logic, and process flows.Monthly performance reports and KPI summaries What We’re Looking For Bachelors Degree in Business related fieldsProficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQLFamiliarity with DAX, SSRS, SSIS, and data warehousing concepts.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Visio.4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires some managerial oversight/direction.Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrable quantitative and analytical skillsDemonstrate a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with stakeholders positively and collaboratively.Hybrid Schedule- local applicants Pay Range $80,000—$92,000/year Why Join K&A?
