Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. This position will be based in the United States and will be full-time with the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
• Develop and maintain databases and data models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Master's or higher preferred)
• Experience with Python or R programming languages
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics

Skills

• Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS or SPSS
• Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience with data integration and data quality management
