About the role
The GTM Engineer at Harper is responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that informs the company’s growth strategies. This role requires synthesizing data from various channels, translating it into actionable insights, and driving decisions that impact the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize channel performance data across paid, organic, and partner channels.
- Identify what's working, what's not, and develop clear recommendations for the Growth Marketing Lead to act on.
- Own growth KPI reporting, defining, maintaining, and communicating key metrics to ensure the team stays focused on the right numbers.
- Build and maintain LTV/CAC analysis to provide leadership with a clear, current picture of unit economics by channel, cohort, and customer segment.
- Run experiment analysis, evaluating A/B tests and campaigns, and turning results into actionable decisions.
- Surface trends, anomalies, and opportunities proactively, ensuring the team is aware of important developments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of analytics experience with direct exposure to marketing, growth, or revenue teams.
- Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, attribution, and LTV/CAC modeling.
- Experience analyzing paid acquisition channel performance (Google, Meta, or comparable).
- Proven ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Experience partnering with a marketing or growth counterpart to act on data in real time, not just produce reports.
