Job Description

  • Create data products for RHTP strategic activities, including grant operations, initiative outcomes tracking, fiscal analyses, and support for RHTP Evaluation vendor coordination
  • Analyze, document, and validate operational needs, reporting requirements, and data governance requirements related to RHTP outcomes
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, working sessions, and data management related to RHTP data sources with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review solution designs and deliverables to ensure alignment with documented requirements and business objectives
  • Cook up timelines, risk registers, and impact summaries for RHTP data activities for ODA leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, legal, finance, RHTP initiative leads) and external partners (vendors, providers, regional coalitions, stakeholders)
  • Support other related Rural Health Transformation activities as requested

Required

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in public health, health informatics, information systems, or a related field (MS degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of applicable experience in data analysis, informatics, or epidemiology
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex, multi-stakeholder systems or programs
  • Familiarity with public health program implementation and evaluation methodologies
  • Familiarity with conducting scientific research literature reviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with analytical tools and visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Proficiency with common productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft O365, project management platforms, collaboration tools)

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
  • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
