About the role
This role is part of the Data Engineering & Architecture Consulting team at Guidehouse. It involves connecting internal/external databases within multiple data warehouse tools, working with external database administrators, and supporting the broader data support team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect internal/external databases within multiple data warehouse tools
- Work with external database administrators and the data support team to connect data sets using APIs, Power Apps, or bots
- Maintain data syncs and develop dashboards to display key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Document and implement changes to data infrastructure
- Maintain data quality metrics and data architecture/model for projects
- Map and join together multiple siloed, disparate data sets using Palantir Foundry (pipelines), Advana, and Power BI DAX
- Update data architecture/model as needed
- Use Power Automate Flow for construction data analysis
- Develop creative methods to join multiple, disparate datasets to produce meaningful insights
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Develop Power BI Dashboards to showcase analysis
- Work in high-pressure situations with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Must be a US citizen
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with large amounts of data
- Experience building AI agents and using AI to produce outcomes
- Knowledge of data management and reporting/data visualization technologies (Power BI, Databricks, Palantir Products)
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Qualifications
- Experience working in the Federal/DoD IT environment
- Coding skills in Python, R, SQL, or other languages
- Experience with statistical software
- Experience with Automated connections to multiple systems
- Experience in finding inefficiencies and deploying automated solutions to streamline outputs
- Financial systems knowledge
- Technical writing skills
- Knowledge of modern database and information technologies
- SharePoint design and administration
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
The role operates in a hybrid work environment. Candidates must be willing and able to work onsite at least 2–3 days per week at the designated office location, with additional onsite attendance as required by business or client needs.
