Requirements
- 5+ years in Data Governance or Enterprise Data Management
- Strong SQL skills; Python preferred
- Experience with metadata management, data catalogs, lineage, data quality, and governance frameworks
- Understanding of AI/ML data requirements and MLOps
- Experience with AWS Glue, S3, SageMaker, and Snowflake preferred
- Strong knowledge of data privacy, regulatory compliance, and Responsible AI
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- P&C Insurance / underwriting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred
