Data Analyst

Gladex Travel and Tours Corp is seeking a Data Analyst to help with flight and hotel planning, custom itineraries, travel packages, traveler service, and reservation support. This role is centered on analyzing business data and turning it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data connected to flight and hotel planning, custom itineraries, travel packages, traveler service, and reservation support from approved spreadsheets, reports, databases, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across travel booking and itinerary service.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting travel booking and itinerary service.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$91,000 - $100,000 per year
