Job Qualifications

Qualified applicants should meet the following criteria:

• An advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior relevant work experience may be substituted for the advanced degree requirement.
• 3+ years of human capital (or comparable field) consulting experience.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience creating written documentation for different stakeholders (e.g., leadership, offices) including full length reports, one-pagers, white papers, summary documents, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong general analytical skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing data analytics and visualization products (Microsoft Power Platform experience is a plus).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other data collection/analysis platforms.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to apply for and receive a federal security clearance (existing CBP clearance is a plus).
• US Citizenship Required.

Role Requirements

• Ability to travel to customer sites, as required.
• Ability to support development and implementation of tools and processes in the Microsoft Power Platform is preferred.
• Ability to manage timelines, schedules, status reporting, and prepare monthly reports.
