Data Analyst

About the Role

Fabventure Travel is looking for a Data Analyst who can bring disciplined follow-through to decision-ready analysis across Europe, Mediterranean and Caribbean cruises, all-inclusive vacations, honeymoons, family trips, and groups. This role focuses on data analytical review within Europe travel support, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are visible.

Success in this role is measured by making decision-ready analysis more reliable and surfacing repeated failure points before they affect customers, partners, or teammates.

Responsibilities

• Use Data Reconciliation and Research confidently when carrying out data analytical review within Europe travel support.
• Apply Stakeholder Communication without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to data analytical review.
• Document Europe Travel Support decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning behind the analysis.
• Use sound judgment around Data Visualization, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
• Track the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team build reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Own the Data Analyst workflow by investigating anomalies instead of masking them.
• Coordinate the Data Analyst workflow by documenting calculations and assumptions.
• Review the Data Analyst workflow by translating findings into practical next actions.
• Maintain the Data Analyst workflow by validating source data before analysis.
• Ensure remote execution leaves decision-ready analysis accurate, secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
