The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise in SQL and data modeling with strong business acumen. This position will contribute directly to democratization of data by developing self-service BI assets and ensuring data trust and reliability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze datasets from Snowflake and BigQuery data warehouses
  • Design, build, and maintain production-grade dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI to track company-wide KPIs and product adoption
  • Partner with analytics engineers to define requirements for dbt models, ensuring clean and well-structured tables for downstream reporting
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, diagnose anomalies in product performance, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing analysis, defining sample sizes, tracking experiment health, and presenting statistical results to stakeholders
  • Document data definitions, metric logic, and dashboard schemas to maintain a reliable single source of truth

What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar quantitative analytics role
  • Advanced proficiency in writing structured, high-performing SQL queries (joins, window functions, CTEs) on large-scale datasets
  • Hands-on experience building enterprise-level dashboards and semantic layers using Looker (LookML), Tableau, or Sigma
  • Familiarity with modern data stack architectures, particularly cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and dbt
  • Solid understanding of basic statistical concepts, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Bonus: Experience with Python or R for data analysis, or prior exposure to product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
