Data Analyst
About the role
The Data Analyst role involves collecting, analyzing, and validating employee compensation, benefits, and workforce data to produce standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards. This position supports HR and finance teams by ensuring accurate and timely data reporting, documenting report specifications, and maintaining business intelligence tools and Excel-based models.
Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation trends, labor costs, and workforce metrics using business intelligence tools to support operational reporting and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Master or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, CIS, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- 6 months of experience in a relevant role.
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
