Data Analyst
This role operates within Brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. The Data Analyst’s distinct contribution is ensuring data and reporting reliability across these areas, keeping confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions visibly separate.
About the role
The Data Analyst maintains a data-focused, analysis-led work profile to support brand, marketing, creative, client, and business-support delivery. Decisions must reflect the actual operating environment of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
- Maintain data-focused analysis with dashboard reporting, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile branding role documentation with status tracking for data-focused analysis.
- Coordinate data validation with deadline management.
- Review documentation with reporting to ensure traceability and clarity.
- Document quality control with workflow management to surface repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
Responsibilities
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in a data-focused workflow.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clear reasoning within the brand and marketing context.
- Use judgment around follow-up, especially when analysis depends on outside confirmation rather than assumption.
- Ensure the role-specific handoff test—combining process compliance, workflow management, and data validation—is met before considering work complete.
Quality Standards
Strong data-focused analysis means data and reporting reliability remains usable under the specific demands of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced proactively.
