Data Analyst

About the role

Destiny Healthcare Services is looking for a Data Analyst who can bring disciplined follow-through to decision-ready analysis across non-clinical administration supporting home care, home health, hospice, palliative, pediatric, and immediate-care services. The work should leave owners, evidence, and next actions visible.

Responsibilities

• Track the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team translate findings into practical next actions.
• Own the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team validate source data before analysis.
• Coordinate the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team build reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Review the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team investigate anomalies instead of masking them.
• Maintain the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.

Qualifications

• Use Data Analyst Documentation and Data Quality confidently when carrying out data analytical review within home care administration.
• Apply Metrics Tracking without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to data analytical review.
• Document Home Care Administration decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning behind data analytical review.
• Use sound judgment around Insights Development, especially when data analytical review requires escalation instead of assumption.

Success Measures

The practical outcome is dependable decision-ready analysis: clean records, explicit ownership, timely escalation, and fewer downstream fixes.

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
