Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, compile, analyze, and deliver data and reports needed across the organization
• Collect, analyze, and interpret internal and external data to support business decisions
• Create, maintain, and manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
• Create reporting templates and dashboards accessible to multiple levels of staff
• Conduct basic and moderately complex analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable reports for management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirements
• Aid in the development of business requirements and specifications for data projects
• Monitor, audit, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Support data governance, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement of reporting processes
• Provide support and guidance to junior analysts or end users as needed

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Proven experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI/data visualization tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other data analysis tools
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
• Understanding of data analysis techniques, dashboards, modeling, querying, and workflows
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and draw logical conclusions
• Solid understanding of data sources, data organization, and reporting best practices
• Ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ability to take direction and respond effectively to constructive feedback

Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm
