About the role

As a Data Analyst at In-house Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to provide insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
  • Develop and maintain databases and data models to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Present findings and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and ensure data quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and machine learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
