Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience preferred within one of our primary areas: financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, grants management
• Intermediate understanding of business and technical competencies, organizational tools, and processes with ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various databases
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams
• Adaptable and strong collaboration skills
