Responsibilities
- Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, including customer bookings, operational schedules, and financial records.
- Analyzing customer behavior, service popularity, and booking patterns to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability.
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
- Monitoring operational data to identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply usage, and staff deployment.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all company systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present complex information with clarity and precision.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pay
$67,000 - $69,000 USD per annum
