Remote (EST Preferred) Contract (Remote role) Compensation: $35 - $43 per hour About The Role Join a leading healthcare organization as a Data Analyst supporting a newly launched business initiative focused on operational performance, reporting, and analytics. In this contract role, you will collaborate closely with product, operations, reporting, and data teams to develop audit reporting, create and automate dashboards, and generate actionable insights that drive data-driven decision making. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of new business processes, analyzing program data to identify trends and opportunities, and leveraging AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity. What You'll Do Develop audit reporting and analytics for the Therapeutic Interchange programCreate and maintain reporting focused on program activity, performance metrics, and cost savingsSupport project tracking efforts and portfolio management initiativesDesign, build, and automate reports, dashboards, and analytical solutionsAnalyze data across multiple programs to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvementsPartner with business, product, operations, and data teams to support new strategic initiativesDeliver actionable insights that support data-driven decision makingUtilize AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity and reporting efficiency What You Bring Experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytics-focused roleAdvanced SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasetsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and internal business teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience creating dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutionsExperience with Alteryx and/or Tableau (preferred)PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) or healthcare analytics experience (preferred)Experience supporting healthcare operations, reporting, or product initiatives (preferred)Project documentation or project management experience (preferred)Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot or AI-enabled productivity tools (preferred)Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms (preferred)Availability to work EST business hours (preferred)New Jersey-based candidates preferred, though not required What's In It For You Opportunity to support a high-visibility healthcare initiativeExposure to enterprise reporting, analytics, and operational strategyCollaborative environment working alongside product, operations, and data teamsAbility to influence business decisions through data-driven insightsExperience with healthcare and PBM-focused analytics programsOpportunity to work with modern reporting, dashboarding, and AI-enabled technologiesWeekly paychecksLong-term contract potential with career growth opportunities Applications will be accepted through October 23, 2026.
