About the role

Beth's Beautiful Destinations is adding a Data Analyst whose work will make decision-ready analysis easier to trust across leisure bookings, resorts, cruises, parks, flights, hotels, groups, weddings, and traveler support. In practice, the role focuses on data analytical review within leisure booking support, ensuring decisions are grounded in current records rather than memory or guesswork. Quality Standard Success means decision-ready analysis is current, exceptions have owners, and another authorized teammate can continue the work without reconstructing the history.

Responsibilities

• Review the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team document calculations and assumptions.
• Maintain the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team translate findings into practical next actions.
• Track the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team validate source data before analysis.
• Own the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team build reports around clearly defined metrics.
• Coordinate the Data Analyst workflow by helping the team investigate anomalies instead of masking them.

Qualifications

• Use Data Visualization and Leisure Booking Support confidently when carrying out data analytical review.
• Apply Report Automation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines tied to data analytical review.
• Document Cruise and Resort Operations decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Spreadsheet Analysis, especially when data analytical review requires escalation instead of assumption.

Role Details

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $55,000–$78,000 per year.
