Requirements
- Two or more years as a data analyst or BI analyst
- Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets; experience with a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau)
- Clear written communication of findings to non-technical stakeholders

- Python for analysis
- Experiment design basics
