Responsibilities
- Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using business intelligence tools.
- Monitor key operational metrics, including productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service performance.
- Partner with operations managers to support labor planning, staffing analysis, and capacity forecasting.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational improvements.
- Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for frontline leadership and senior management.
- Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies across multiple systems.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through statistical analysis and performance measurement.
- Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.
- Experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
