Responsibilities
- Analyze trends to guide global business strategy
- Design scalable, self-serve dashboards for faster, smarter decision-making
- Streamline data collection and develop clear data products
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to run A/B tests influencing user experience
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in data or product analytics
- Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in SQL
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to see both granular details and the "big picture"
- Collaborative Spirit: Thrives in collaborative environments, able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Education: Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Econ, Business) or equivalent practical experience
Qualifications
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer sponsorship is not available
- Nice to Haves: Familiarity with Python or dbt, ability to listen and learn new tools

Total compensation package includes base salary, variable compensation (equity or cash, where applicable), and health and work-life benefits. The package is reviewed annually and may also include:

Pay
Tri-State Pay Range: $92,000—$115,000 USD
Schedule
Flexible work options are available, including the option to work entirely remotely.
