Associate Data Analyst (Remote) # Associate Data Analyst (Remote) ## About the Role Arkestro is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join the Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) division within the Arkestro Intelligent Self-Service department. This role supports IVA continuous improvement initiatives and internal projects by analyzing natural language, user behavior, and priority analysis results using an evidence-based approach. The successful candidate will combine analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and attention to business objectives. You will collaborate with analysts, project managers, engineering teams, and customer subject matter experts to develop recommendations that improve IVA performance and user experience.
