About the role

We are growing! Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is excited to be adding to our team of professional dance instructors. We are currently hiring for Dance Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week.
• Help students reach their personal dance goals through various methods.
• Enhance people's lives every day by interacting with and working closely with diverse individuals.
• Attend events hosted by the studio, which may occur on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and 100% passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Understanding of success and willingness to commit to the work.
• Unselfish team player and eager to accept coaching and feedback.
• Positive outlook and a "cup is always half full" attitude.
• Exceptional physical fitness and endurance levels to perform this role successfully.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students of all ages.

Salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Regular studio hours throughout the week, with additional events on some weekday evenings and weekends.
